Why is PDF download free?
Creating and downloading a resume is a core function; it wouldn't make sense to restrict it. Credits are only used for the improvement step where AI adds extra value.

What is your refund policy?
If a technical error occurs (the improvement was applied but the resume wasn't updated), the credit is refunded automatically. Used credits are not refundable otherwise. If you run into an issue, email destek@cvmimari.com.
