1. Description of Service

CV Mimarı is a web service that lets users create, edit, and optimize resumes for specific job postings with AI assistance. The service is based in Turkey.

2. Credit System

Creating, saving, and downloading a resume as PDF are completely free. Applying an AI improvement result costs 1 credit.

• Every registered user is given 3 free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased; prices are listed on the pricing page.
• Purchased credits accumulate and never expire.
• Credits are refunded for failed transactions caused by a technical error. Used credits are not refunded.

3. User Obligations

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login information confidential.
• Creating false, misleading, or harmful content through the service is prohibited.
• Accessing the service via automation, bots, or scraping is prohibited.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Resume improvement suggestions are generated by Anthropic's Claude model. CV Mimarı does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or hiring outcome of AI output for any specific job. The final decision rests with the user.

Your resume content (including personal information) is sent to Anthropic's systems for the duration of the API request. See our Privacy Policy for more information about this transfer.

5. Payment and Cancellation

• Payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy infrastructure.
• There is no subscription; only one-time credit purchases are offered.
• Purchased and unused credits are refunded proportionally if the service is shut down.

6. Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by writing to destek@cvmimari.com. All your personal data and resume content are permanently deleted within 30 days of the account closure request. Unused credits are not refunded.

7. Changes to the Service

CV Mimarı reserves the right to change these terms with prior notice. Significant changes are announced by email or in-service notification. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV Mimarı cannot be held liable for job application outcomes, the accuracy of AI suggestions, or indirect damages arising from service interruptions. The service is provided "as is."

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
